Who we are
Duolabs was founded in 2003 with a business model initially focused on B2C, designing and marketing consumer products worldwide such as smart card readers, CAM modules, and HD/SD digital set-top boxes, including the well-known Diablo CAM, QBoxOne, QBoxHD and CAS Interface, which gained strong international visibility and led to successful collaborations with DVB companies.
Since 2012 the company has expanded into B2B, leveraging its expertise to build electronic boards and supporting customers through every phase—from the initial idea to the finished, tested product, ready for commercialization or integration into complex systems.

Hardware
We design hardware with RFID, Wi-Fi, BLE, LTE, LoRa and ZigBee connectivity, covering the entire cycle: schematics, multilayer printed circuit boards (PCBs), and integration of Touchscreen Displays. From architecture definition to prototyping all the way to a finished, tested product.
Firmware
We develop firmware for microcontrollers, microprocessors and SoCs with RTOS, drivers and connectivity solutions for RFID, Wi-Fi, BLE, LTE, LoRa, ZigBee, with built-in security. We support OTA updates, secure bootloaders, diagnostics and logging, ensuring full product traceability. We work across leading platforms to deliver tailor-made solutions.
Software
We create cross-platform software for Windows, macOS and Linux: test & validation tools for our products, and update/maintenance utilities for customers. Intuitive interfaces, device integration (USB/serial/Ethernet/BLE). From production to after-sales, with custom solutions.
We are the promoters of SerialTool, one of the best serial-port applications.
App Development
We build and integrate smartphone apps for iOS and Android that communicate with our devices for setup, configuration and updates (including OTA). BLE/Wi-Fi connectivity, secure pairing, intuitive UI and built-in diagnostics. Integration with cloud portals, notifications and traceability; distribution via App Store/Google Play or enterprise channels.
Artificial Intelligence
We make your products intelligent. AI helps them see, understand and decide: detect anomalies, predict failures and automate tasks. We integrate artificial intelligence where it’s needed—on-device or in the cloud—for fast, reliable performance.
Cloud IoT Platforms
Proprietary cloud platform, replicable and scalable with a pyramidal architecture and compatible with our products and our IoT Box. Fleet and hierarchy tracking (sites, brands, clients) with real-time telemetry, remote control and OTA updates. Custom dashboards and white-label modules for delivery to end customers.
