Nel settembre scorso siamo stati, nostro malgrado, coinvolti in una vicenda giudiziaria da un’azienda concorrente. Ciò ha comportato uno stop di oltre un mese all’attività di Duolabs Srl, ripresa solo quando un Tribunale della Repubblica Italiana ha accolto il nostro ricorso, confermando l’assoluta liceità del nostro operato.
Certi che si sia trattato dell’ennesimo tentativo di screditare l’attività decennale della nostra azienda, Duolabs sta valutando con i propri legali le azioni del caso, contro chi ha tentato, ingiustificatamente e vanamente, di porre fine al nostro operato.
Intendiamo rassicurare tutti, Clienti e Fornitori, sul fatto che Duolabs è operante e sta gradualmente tornando alla normalità.
A breve vi saranno nuovi prodotti in uscita e, scusandoci per gli eventuali disagi arrecati – ancorché indipendenti dalla nostra volontà – ringraziamo tutti i nostri numerosi Clienti per la comprensione dimostrata

Throughout September 2011 Duolabs srl was engaged in legal action with one of its competitor’s, resulting in a cessation of trading for a period of approximately one month.
Trading resumed after the Italian Court accepted our appeal, ruling our actions as legitimate.
With an exemplary trading history of over 10 years Duolabs Srl is convinced the above attempt to discredit our company was both unjustified and malicious. Together with our lawyers, we are now evaluating our next course of action against the individuals that attempted to discredit our company.
We wish to assure our loyal customers and suppliers that Duolabs srl is in the process of resuming normal business activity.
Shortly we will introduce yet more new and exciting products on to the market.
We would like to apologise for any inconvenience caused, albeit through no fault of our own, and thank you for your support and understanding.
